In some web browsers, there have been cases where long-term use of our web-based email client has resulted in slower performance.
In such cases, we recommend updating your browser or, if that’s not possible, trying to clear the browser (also known as the “browser”) cache.
In the most common browsers, the cache clearing window can be opened using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Delete, which opens the following window:
To avoid deleting your history, cookies, and bookmarks, we recommend selecting only the “Cache” checkbox and clicking the “Clear Now” button.
Once you’ve successfully completed this action, close the browser, reopen it, and try using webmail again.
