Duties:
- Processing requests from customers through the ticket system
- Distribution of applications to senior specialists or their independent decision
- Correction of DNS records on domains
- Creating and configuring mailboxes on the serverside
- Setting up domain and mailbox redirects, creating autoresponders
- Changes in PHP versions on customer accounts
- Creating backup copies of emails and website
- Changing the limits on the client’s package
- Help setting up mailboxes on the clientside (via Teamviewer or Anydesk)
- Installation and licensing of the mail program on the client computer (via Teamviewer or Anydesk)
- Installation and licensing of Microsoft Office 365 on the client computer (via Teamviewer or Anydesk)
- Installing, configuring and licensing the antivirus on the client’s computer (via Teamviewer or Anydesk)
- Installing Microsoft Remote Desktop on the client’s computer and setting up remote access to the remote desktop
- Advising clients on the use of web hosting services
- Active participation in the process of troubleshooting the site in case of an unsuccessful update of the CMS version or hacking
- Creation, transfer or removal of the database, creation of users for the database
- Creation of users in the client’s account
- Testing existing services and making a request to the System Administrator in case of a problem
- Participation in projects for the launch of new, as well as the development of existing services
- User experience analysis to improve the usability
- Create reports
- Create ready templates from answers to automate helping processes
- Control over the licensing of services (acquisition, tracking and renewal of licenses)
- Participation in meetings and meetings
Knowledge and experience:
- Experience with WHMCS
- Experience with cPanel/WHM
- Experience with ISPmanager
- Experience with DirectAdmin
- Experience with RDP/Microsoft Remote Desktop
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Welcome:
- Knowledge and experience in working with WordPress, Joomla, Prestashop are welcome
- Accompanying knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP is welcome
