This article describes how to use cPanel to view information about visitors to your website, as well as bandwidth and resource usage.
Viewing visitor information
To view information about visitors to your website, follow these steps:
- Log in to cPanel.
- In the METRICS section of the cPanel home screen, click Visitors.
- Click the magnifying glass symbol to the right of the domain you want to view.
Viewing bandwidth usage
To view information about your website’s bandwidth usage, follow these steps:
- Log in to cPanel.
- In the METRICS section of the cPanel home screen, click Bandwidth.
cPanel displays bandwidth usage for:
- The past 24 hours.
- The past week.
- The past year.
- The current month as well as previous months.
The bandwidth usage statistics are separated by protocol (HTTP, FTP, POP3, IMAP, and SMTP).
Viewing resource usage
You can view information about your website’s resource usage, including CPU, input/output, process, and memory usage.
- Log in to cPanel.
- In the METRICS section of the cPanel home screen, click Resource Usage.
- Click Details or click the Current Usage tab.
- Use the Timeframe and Time Unit list boxes to view usage information for various intervals.
- In the Usage table, you can sort the columns by clicking on a column heading.
- Click the Snapshots tab to see available usage snapshots. Use the arrow buttons to view snapshots in sequence or use the calendar list box to select a specific date and the snapshot list box to select a specific time to view.
